Crystal Springs Resort is taking Thanksgiving reservations for Thursday, November 26, 2026, with three holiday buffets and four restaurants serving turkey dinners at its properties in Hamburg, Vernon and Franklin. Buffets run from $69 per adult at Black Bear Golf Club to $85 at the Emerald Ballroom, and seats are booked through the resort’s Thanksgiving dining page or by calling 877-600-9118.
Our team likes this one for families who want the full holiday spread without a sink full of dishes. The resort lists seven Thanksgiving dining options in all, from carving stations and raw bars to a three-course plated dinner at Kites. Every buffet includes live entertainment, and all prices below are per person before tax and the resort’s administrative charge.
The Three Crystal Springs Thanksgiving Buffets
Emerald Ballroom at Grand Cascades Lodge, Hamburg
The biggest spread runs from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Grand Cascades Lodge, 3 Wild Turkey Way. The Emerald Ballroom menu opens with a seafood bar of poached shrimp cocktail, East and West Coast oysters, scallop ceviche and crab salad. The carving station adds roasted heritage breed turkey with dried fruit stuffing, prime rib eye and salt baked salmon, while the hot buffet includes pan seared sea bass, stuffed pork loin and braised short ribs. Dessert covers pumpkin, pecan, apple and wild berry pies, rice pudding and apple cider donuts.
Adults are $85, children 4 to 11 are $30, and kids 3 and under eat free. When we checked the resort’s ticket page on October 17, the 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. adult seatings were already listed as sold out.
The Canyon at Minerals Hotel, Vernon
The Canyon at Minerals Hotel, 2 Chamonix Drive, offers seatings at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The Canyon menu includes a chilled seafood bar with jumbo shrimp and seared ahi tuna, a hot buffet with sliced turkey breast, chicken Madeira, braised short ribs and maple glazed sweet potatoes, and a carving board of roasted turkey and honey cured ham. An omelette station is offered at the 11 a.m. seating only.
The resort says Santa makes a special visit after the meal, which makes The Canyon our pick for families with young kids. Adults are $75, children 4 to 11 are $29, and kids 3 and under are free.
Black Bear Golf Club, Franklin
The most affordable buffet is at Black Bear Golf Club, 138 State Route 23 in Franklin, served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Black Bear menu blends brunch and dinner, with made-to-order omelettes, Belgian waffles, an antipasto table, penne vodka, chicken parmesan and a carving board of Thanksgiving turkey and prime rib. The resort promises endless shrimp, and the seafood station also lists marinated green mussels and seafood salad. Adults are $69, children 4 to 11 are $29, and kids 3 and under eat free.

A La Carte Thanksgiving Dinners
If a buffet is not your style, four resort restaurants are open for dinner. Kites Restaurant at Minerals Hotel serves a three-course Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 10 p.m. for $60 per adult and $30 for children 4 to 11, plus tax and gratuity. Choose cream of broccoli soup or an autumn green salad, then roasted turkey breast, honey glazed smoked ham or meat lasagna, and finish with pecan or pumpkin pie.
At Grand Cascades Lodge, Crystal Tavern serves its regular menu plus a Thanksgiving turkey dinner from noon to 10 p.m., and Gino34 adds a turkey dinner with Tuscan stuffing and rosemary gravy to its menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Both holiday specials menus list the turkey dinner at $42. Restaurant Latour, the resort’s fine dining room, serves its standard menu starting at 5 p.m. Its dress code prefers jackets for men and does not allow denim, sneakers or sporting attire.
