Sussex County NJ farms are open well past pumpkin season, and our team rounded up 11 we confirmed are selling right now, from year-round farm markets in Sparta, Green Township and Glenwood to beef, pork and lamb farms in Wantage, Newton and Vernon. Every detail below comes from each farm’s own website.
A heads-up for this year: a hard spring freeze wiped out much of the local fruit crop, so several orchards have little or no pick-your-own apples in 2026. The markets, bakeries, creameries and meat counters on this list are still going strong. If you are planning a fall picking trip, see our guide to apple and pumpkin picking in Sussex County.
