Ullr Fest 2026 brings Mountain Creek passholders and fans together at the South Lodge in Vernon on Saturday, November 14, from 4 PM to 8 PM. Tickets are $25, and every dollar of event ticket proceeds goes to the Hession Foundation.

What to Know About Ullr Fest 2026

Ullr Fest is Mountain Creek’s annual pre-season party, named for the Norse god of snow and skiing that winter sports fans toast every fall. Mountain Creek’s Ullr Fest page describes it as a night of fun at the South Lodge with the resort’s passholders, with a live band to be announced.

Vernon Residents: Bring Your Paperwork

The Ullr Fest page also tells Vernon residents how to lock in the Vernon Resident rate for the 2026/2027 winter season pass. Bring proof of residency, either a tax bill or a utility bill, along with a photo ID. Homeowners in Black Creek Sanctuary and The Appalachian must be in good standing with the Mountain Creek Association to get the discounted rate.

The resort lists qualifying zip codes 07462, 07428, 07422 and 07418, plus the Vernon portions of 07461, 07460, 07421 and 07419. Zip code alone does not decide it: your home must physically sit inside Vernon Township to qualify. Since Ullr Fest draws a crowd of passholders to the South Lodge, it is a natural night to have that paperwork in your bag and ask about the resident rate in person.

Who Should Go

Ullr Fest is built for the Mountain Creek community: season passholders, local families who ski together, and anyone in Vernon counting down the days to the first lift ride of the year. It is an evening event on a Saturday in mid November, so it works as an easy night out before the holidays get busy. Because the ticket money goes to a charity, a $25 ticket is also a simple way to support a good cause while you catch up with friends from the slopes.
