The Farm at Glenwood Mountain in Vernon Township hosts Thanksgiving on the Farm, a Thanksgiving inspired farm-to-table tasting dinner, on Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Chef and farmer Steve MacLean cooks the menu with ingredients grown and raised on the family’s 180-acre farm, and dinner is served in the farm’s restored 1930s dairy barn at 1801 County Road 565.

Thanksgiving on the Farm: Dates, Tickets and Details
- When: Friday, November 13, 2026 or Saturday, November 14, 2026, 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Guests are asked to arrive between 5:45 and 6 p.m., and dinner starts shortly after 6.
- Where: The Farm at Glenwood Mountain, 1801 County Road 565 (Glenwood Road), Sussex, NJ 07461, in the Glenwood section of Vernon Township
- Tickets: $160 per person plus a $4 ticket service fee, sold online through each night’s event page
- Drinks: alcohol is BYO

A Chef’s Tasting Menu From the Farm
Every dinner at the farm is a chef’s tasting menu created by Steve MacLean, who trained at the French Culinary Institute and cooked in New York City restaurants before he and his wife Candice turned to farming in 2011. According to the farm’s Our Farm page, the MacLeans raise 100% grass-fed Highland cattle, pasture-raised pork, free-range chickens and ducks, and all-natural breed turkeys, and they grow USDA certified organic fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs.
That is what makes this a true farm-to-table Thanksgiving: the meats and produce on your plate come from the pastures and fields around the barn. The farm’s farm dinners page says its dinners move between the organic herb garden, the renovated dairy barn and a Kitchen Table space depending on the season, and both November nights are set for the barn.
Good to Know Before You Book
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to another person for the same dinner. They cannot be moved to a future dinner. If you want to pay with a farm gift card, the farm asks that you skip the online checkout and email dinners@thenjfarm.com instead.
Both nights were showing tickets on sale when we checked the event pages, and the farm keeps a VIP invite list on its dinners page for future supper club dates. Bring your own wine or cider, and dress for a November evening in the mountains of Vernon.
