The Mountain Creek Annual Ski Swap returns to the South Lodge at Mountain Creek in Vernon from Friday, November 6, through Sunday, November 8, 2026, giving skiers and snowboarders a chance to sell outgrown gear and pick up used equipment before winter. Sales run all three days, and 20% of consignment sales go to Mountain Creek Ski Patrol, a non-profit ski patrol.

Ski Swap 2026 Dates and Times
According to Mountain Creek’s Ski Swap page, the schedule is:
- Friday, November 6: drop-off and sale, 1 PM to 8 PM
- Saturday, November 7: sale, 9 AM to 4 PM
- Sunday, November 8: sale and pick-up, 9 AM to 3 PM
The swap takes place inside the South Lodge at the resort, whose address is 200 Route 94 in Vernon.
How to Sell Your Gear
Sellers drop off items on Friday. The resort charges a $1 display fee per item, and 20% of each consignment sale is donated to Mountain Creek Ski Patrol. Mountain Creek says a letter noting your tax-deductible donation will come with your mailed check.
Everything dropped off must be clean and in good condition. Clothing should be freshly laundered, with pockets emptied and old lift tickets removed, and the resort may decline items it thinks are unlikely to sell. Plan your Sunday carefully: all unsold items must be picked up by 3 PM, and anything left after that becomes the property of Mountain Creek.
Tips for Shoppers
Buying is cash or check only, with no Zelle, Venmo or credit cards, though an ATM is available on site. Mountain Creek does not inspect or test the equipment, so look gear over carefully before you buy. Buyers sign a waiver, and the resort recommends taking any skis or bindings you purchase to a qualified ski shop to be tested and adjusted for your height, weight and ability.
The swap is a smart first stop for families outfitting growing kids, newer skiers who do not want to pay full price for a first setup, and anyone hunting for a second pair of boards for the season.
