Crystal Springs Resort is staging its Crystal Springs Holiday Spectacular on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in the Canyon Ballroom at Minerals Hotel in Vernon, with a 3:30 PM show seating and a 6 PM dinner seating. The resort bills this year’s version as an all-new, immersive holiday show in which a playful winter blizzard “traps” a cast of performers inside the ballroom and pulls the audience into the story.

Who Is Performing
The 2026 cast includes Broadway vocalists Chris Kale Jones and Jenna Coker-Jones, singer Charlie Romo and pianist NGXB. Jones was cast as Frankie Valli in the first national tour of Jersey Boys, Coker-Jones has toured with four Broadway national tours, Romo performs as a modern-day crooner and NGXB is a solo pianist and arranger known for classical crossovers of pop and rock hits. Expect sing-alongs, piano tricks, swinging holiday classics and a giant surprise mascot.
Two Seatings and Ticket Prices
First seating, 3:30 PM to 5 PM: show only, with food and drinks available for purchase. Tickets are $45 for ages 12 and up and $25 for ages 4 to 11, and children 3 and under are free.
Second seating, 6 PM to 8 PM: the show starts at 6:30 PM and the ticket includes a dinner buffet, holiday beverages, beer and wine (alcohol for guests 21 and over). Tickets are $90 for ages 21 and up, $55 for ages 12 to 20 and $35 for ages 4 to 11, and children 3 and under are free.
Listed prices do not include tax and the resort’s administrative charge. Tickets are sold through the resort’s online shop, and the resort notes that tickets bought within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Frosty’s Courtyard and Cantina
Every ticket includes access to Frosty’s Courtyard and Cantina, open from 3 PM to 8 PM. Guests can roast marshmallows, try axe throwing with a trained guide, visit the Twelve Goats of Christmas, write a letter to Santa and play holiday games. Mini tree decorating and a stuffed animal build are available for an extra fee.
Getting There
The show is at Minerals Hotel, and the resort runs a shuttle from Grand Cascades Lodge. Overnight packages at either hotel are offered on the event page.
